Overview
You can jump straight to a live map of your users from the Dashboard. This gives you a quick view of where your team is without leaving the overview screen, which is handy when you want to check field presence at a glance. As with all tracking, users appear based on the location their devices share.
Before You Start
You need access to the Dashboard. For users to appear, location sharing must be enabled for their accounts and devices.
How to Track Users from the Dashboard
- In the left navigation menu, select Dashboard.
- Click the user icon in the top-right corner.
- View users’ locations on the map.

- This is a fast way to check field presence without leaving the dashboard.
- Users appear only when their devices share location.
- How current positions are depends on your Advanced User Tracking settings.
- For a fuller tracking workflow, the Users area lets you select specific users first.
