How to Share a Form Online

Overview 

Online Forms allow you to collect information without requiring users to access the FieldPie applications. You can use them for various purposes, such as customer satisfaction surveys, service requests, or application forms. 

Before You Start

You need access to the Forms area and permission to edit forms. Decide how you want to distribute the form—QR code, link, or a specific channel—before you share it. 

How to Share a Form Online

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Forms. 
  1. Click the Form icon in the upper-right corner. 
  1. Click the plus (+) icon for Custom Forms, or the pencil icon to edit an existing form. 
  1. Check the Online Form option to enable online access. 
  1. Generate a QR code for the form if you want one. 
  1. Click Copy Form Link to copy the form URL and share it. 
  1. Share the form directly via X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp using the available options. 

Tips and Things to Know

  • Online forms can be completed by people without a FieldPie login. 
  • Use a QR code for printed or on-site distribution. 
  • Copy the link to share it anywhere, or use the built-in social and messaging options. 
  • Great for gathering responses from customers or partners.
