Overview
These options allow you to group and organize your stores based on your operational needs and use these groups to customize forms, visits, assignments, and other operational settings. Store states, categories, and tags are the three ways FieldPie organizes your locations, and you manage all of them under one Settings section. A store state describes a store’s condition or lifecycle, a category groups stores (often by type or region), and tags are flexible labels you can attach for filtering and access. You can add each of these, and you can merge duplicate tags to keep the list clean. These values feed store filtering, reporting, and the category- and tag-based store access models for users.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Plan the states, categories, and tags your operation needs and agree on consistent names before you add them, so your store data stays tidy and easy to filter.
