Overview
An approval workflow defines who must approve a form before it is finalized. On a form you enable Approval Required and add one or more approval steps, each specifying who the approval is assigned to—by User, Role, Team, or Skill—and the specific approver. This builds a clear sign-off process into the form itself, so submissions are routed to the right reviewers automatically.
Before You Start
You need access to the Forms area and permission to edit forms. Decide who should approve the form and in what order before you configure the workflow.
