Overview
Reschedule reminder rules help ensure that visits which need to happen again are flagged based on the criteria you define. In this Settings section you set the conditions—category, store state, store tag, visit type, visit status, and custom form—that determine when a reschedule reminder applies. This keeps important follow-up visits from slipping through the cracks.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Decide which combination of category, store state, tag, visit type, status, and form should trigger a reschedule reminder before you configure the rule.
How to Set Reschedule Reminder Rules
- Click your profile in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
- Scroll down to the Reschedule Reminder Rules section and open it.

- Select a Category from the list.
- Select the desired Store State.
- Choose the relevant Store Tag.

- Choose the relevant Visit Type.
- Select the desired Visit Status.
- Select the relevant Custom Form.
- Click Save to store your configuration.
