How to Schedule Report Emails

Overview

You can have a custom dashboard’s report emailed automatically on a schedule, so stakeholders receive it without logging in. From the report configuration you enable Auto Email, set the send schedule—such as a specific day of the month, day of the week, and time—and enter the recipients, subject, and content. This turns a dashboard into a recurring, hands-off report.

Before You Start

You need access to the Dashboard and permission to create or edit dashboards. Decide on the schedule, recipients, and the subject and content of the email before you start.
