How to Restrict User Access to a Form

Overview

You can control which users can access a form, both for the whole form and for individual rows within it. After enabling Restrict User Access you choose how to restrict and who the form is visible to, and you can repeat this at the field-row level to hide or show specific rows for specific users. This lets a single form serve different users while showing each only what they should see.

Before You Start

You need access to the Forms area and permission to edit forms. Decide who should access the whole form and whether any individual rows need their own, tighter restrictions.
