How to Start Plans Only on the Assigned Day

Overview

This setting prevents users from starting a plan before or after the day it is assigned to, keeping execution aligned with the schedule. Found under Other Settings, it is a single toggle that enforces the assigned date. Turning it on is useful when timing matters—when work done on the wrong day would distort your coverage data or violate a customer agreement.

Before You Start

You need administrator access to Settings. Decide whether your operation needs strict day alignment for plans before enabling the option.

How to Require Plans to Start on the Assigned Day

  1. Click your profile in the top-right corner, then click Settings
  1. Scroll down to the Other Settings section.

  1. Click Save to apply your change.
