Overview
Quick Edit lets you update inventory items directly from the list without opening each record in full. You select the items you want, choose the one to edit from the panel, and save your changes. It is the fastest way to make small adjustments without navigating into each item individually.
Before You Start
You need access to the Inventory Management area and permission to edit inventory. Select the items you want to work with before opening the quick-edit panel.
How to Quick-Edit Inventory
- In the left navigation menu, select Inventory Management.
- Select the items you want using the checkboxes.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select the item you want to edit from the menu.
- Click OK to save and apply your changes.

- Quick Edit is best for small, fast changes without opening full records.
