Overview
A team groups users together so you can assign work, plan visits, and report at the team level instead of one person at a time. Under the Team section in Settings you create teams, name them, and optionally attach team skills and the main customers the team is allowed to access. Teams are a convenient way to reflect how your field organization actually works—by region, by brand, or by function—and they make bulk planning and assignment much faster.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Decide how you want to group your people—by area, customer, or function—and know which skills and main customers each team should be tied to. Make sure the relevant skills and main customers already exist so you can attach them while setting up the team.

- Scroll down to the Team section and open it.

- Click the + icon to add a new team.
