Overview
You can add or update many inventory items at once by importing a data file. You choose your file, move through the import steps, and can review the field mapping so each column lands in the right place before the data is imported. Reviewing the mapping is the key step, because it ensures every value from your file is read into the correct inventory field.
Before You Start
You need access to the Inventory Management area and permission to import data. Prepare your file first so its columns match the inventory fields you want to fill.
How to Import Inventory Data
- In the left navigation menu, select Inventory Management.

- Click the import icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Choose File and select the inventory file you want to import.
- Click Next to continue to the next stage of setup.
- Click Next again to move forward with your import settings.
- Review and adjust the import mappings and settings so each column maps to the correct field.

- Click Import Data to import your inventory data.
