How to Import Data Centrally

Overview

The Import Data section in Settings is a central place to bring data into FieldPie for several modules at once. You upload a file, choose the import target—such as Users, Locations, Plans, Tasks, or Inventory—map your Excel columns to the matching fields, and import. This is convenient when you manage imports for multiple modules from one screen rather than going into each module separately.

Before You Start

You need administrator access to Settings and permission to import data. Prepare your Excel file so its columns match the target module’s fields, and know which module you are importing into.
