How to Export Locations

Overview 

You can export your stores from FieldPie for reporting or use in other systems. You select the stores you want and download them as an XLSX or CSV file, or generate a QR code for the selection. Selecting only the stores you need keeps the output focused and easy to work with. 

Before You Start

You need access to the Store page and permission to export data. Select the stores you want first so the file contains only those records. 

How to Export Locations

  1. Click Store in the left navigation menu to open the Store page. 
  1. Use the checkboxes to select one or more stores. 
  1. Click the export icon in the top-right corner. 
  1. Export the selected stores as XLSX or CSV, or generate a QR code. 

Tips and Things to Know

  • Choose XLSX for Excel, CSV for another system, or a QR code for quick sharing. 
  • Select only the stores you need to keep the export focused. 
  • An export is a handy point-in-time snapshot of your store list. 
  • The QR code option is useful for on-site or printed references.
