Overview
A visit workflow automatically creates a visit when a form rule is triggered, scheduling follow-up field work without manual planning. You define the rule and state, add a Create Visit action, set its timing, choose who or which team it is assigned to, and enter the visit date period. You can also set the workflow active or passive and add a description. This keeps recurring or conditional visits flowing automatically.
