Overview
A recurring plan repeats automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, so you set it up once instead of recreating the same work over and over. When creating the plan you choose a repeat frequency and define how often and on which days it recurs. This is ideal for routine coverage—regular store visits or standing checks—where the same plan should appear on a predictable cadence.
Before You Start
You need access to the Plans area and permission to create plans. Decide on the repeat pattern you need—daily, weekly, or monthly—and the interval and days before you start.

- Click the Create New Schedule icon, then scroll to the bottom of the form and select one of the Repeat options.
