Overview
A store holds the details of a location your team works with—contact information, address, map coordinates, category, tags, state, and the main customer it belongs to. Creating a store makes it available for visits, tasks, plans, and reporting. You enter all of the store’s details on a single form and save. Setting the coordinates, category, tags, and state accurately at creation time pays off later, because those fields drive map views and store-based access rules.
Before You Start
You need access to the Store page and permission to add stores. Have the store’s details ready—name, contact, address, and coordinates—and make sure the store category, tag, state, and main customer you want to assign already exist. If any are missing, set them up under Store State, Category & Tag first.
