Overview
Once a dashboard exists, you bring it to life by adding charts and tables. For a chart you set a name, choose the chart type, and configure labels and values to control what it shows; for a table, the data loads automatically and you can edit which fields appear. You can add as many charts and tables as you need, each showing different data, to build a report that tells the story you want.
Before You Start
You need access to the Dashboard and permission to edit dashboards. Create the dashboard first, then decide what each chart or table should display before you configure it.
How to Add and Customize Charts and Tables
- In the left navigation menu, select Dashboard, then click the report icon.
- Click the plus (+) icon to add a new dashboard, or open an existing one.
- Open the report by clicking on it.
- Click + Add Chart to start a new chart.

- Add a chart name.
- Select how the chart should appear from the Chart Type field.
- Click Labels and use the label settings to specify what the chart displays.

- Enter the Value options, then click Save. The chart appears on the dashboard.
- Add more charts with different data as needed.
- Click + Add Table to create a data table; its data loads automatically.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the table, adding or removing fields as needed, then click Save.
Tips and Things to Know
- Chart Type controls the shape of the data—pick the one that tells the story best.
- Labels and Values define exactly what a chart shows, so configure them deliberately.
- Tables load their data automatically; use the pencil icon to trim to the fields you need.
- Add several charts and tables to build a complete report.
- From edit table window, you can add the fields you want to show in the table and remove the fields you do not need. You can display images in tables, sort and group them by the visits. You can also download the table data as a report and download the pictures in bulk too.
