Overview
The request parameters control what Client/Customers can schedule and when. From Schedule Request, you can attach a form to collect additional information, set capacity by AM/PM or All Day, define date ranges and request types for each parameter, and set an all-day capacity for daily availability. Configuring these parameters shapes the self-service scheduling experience.
