Overview
The Costs area lets you create cost entries with a cost period, start and end dates, name, company, amount, and category information. Existing costs can also be edited or deleted.
Before You Start
You need access to Settings and the Costs page. Have the cost period, dates, name, company, amount, and any category information ready.
How to Add a Cost
- Click your profile in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Click Costs to open the Costs page.

- Click the plus icon in the top-right corner to add a new cost.
- Enter the cost period. This helps with tracking recurring expenses.
- Enter the start and end dates for the cost. These dates indicate when the expense begins and ends and are also useful for recurring costs.
- Enter the cost name to distinguish it from other costs.
- Enter the company name to identify the company associated with the cost.
- Enter the cost amount.

- Select a category if you want to identify which Client/Customer is associated with the cost.
- Enter the Cost Category if needed.
- Click OK to confirm and save the cost entry.
- Use the pencil icon to edit a cost or the trash icon to delete it.
