Overview
You can define the terms and conditions that appear on your quotes. Under Quote – Terms & Conditions in Settings you write and format your terms in a rich text box and save. These terms then accompany your quotes, keeping your proposals consistent and clear.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Have your Quote terms and conditions text ready.
How to Set Quote Terms and Conditions
- Click your profile in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
- Scroll down to Manage Main Properties and click Quote – Terms & Conditions.
- Write your terms and conditions in the text box, using the toolbar to format the text.
- Click Save to apply and save your terms and conditions.
