Overview
Targets let you set measurable goals for your operation—for example, a product quantity to achieve across certain locations or users over a period. When you create a target, you choose the target type, set the product quantity, and specify the product, location, and user scope it applies to, then name and save it. Well-defined targets give your team clear objectives and give you a benchmark to measure field performance against.
Before You Start
You need access to the Targets area and permission to create targets. Decide what you want to measure—the target type, the quantity, and which products, locations, and users it covers—before you start.
How to Set a Goal

- Click the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.

- Add the product quantity.
- Select the product type and specify the details.
- Select the location type and enter the required details.

- A clear, descriptive target name makes results easy to identify later.
- Use targets as the benchmark when reviewing field performance.
