Overview
Task types classify the kinds of work your team performs, so tasks are consistent and easy to report on. Under Task Types in Settings, you add each type and give it a name; those types then appear when you create or import tasks. A clear set of task types keeps your task data organized and makes filtering and analysis straightforward.
