Overview
You can create many tasks at once by importing them from a file instead of adding them individually. After uploading, you map the columns—user or team, location, task type, and content—and set how the start and end times are read from your file, then complete the import. This is the efficient way to load a large batch of tasks, for example a full week of assignments across many locations.
Before You Start
You need access to the Tasks area and permission to import data. Prepare your file first so it includes the user or team, location, task type, task content, and the date and time information you want to import.
