Overview
Visit statuses describe where a visit stands, and FieldPie lets you define your own. Under Manage Main Properties in Settings you can create a status, specify which fields must be completed before it can be selected, choose fields to clear when it is selected, and even tie a form to it so that completing the form changes the status automatically. You can also revert to the built-in default statuses at any time. Custom statuses let your workflow reflect exactly how your team operates.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Plan the statuses your workflow needs and, for each, which fields should be required or cleared, and whether a form should drive the status automatically.
