Overview 

Visit auto-complete lets FieldPie finish visits automatically when defined conditions are met, based on location and time. Under Visit Auto Complete Conditions in Settings you enter a location value and a time value and enable the conditions you want. This reduces manual steps for the field team and helps ensure visits are closed out consistently. It works together with the ‘Visit Auto Complete’ option in the advanced visit settings. 

Before You Start

You need administrator access to Settings. Decide the location and time thresholds that should trigger auto-completion, and which conditions you want to enable for your operation. 

How to Set Visit Auto-Complete Conditions

1. Click your profile in the top-right corner, then click Settings. 

2. Scroll down to the Visit Auto Complete Conditions section and open it. 

3. Enter the Location value. 

4. Enter the Time value. 

5. Select the checkboxes for the conditions you want to enable. 

6. Click Save to apply your changes.

• Auto-complete reduces manual closeouts and keeps visit records consistent. 

• The location and time values define when a visit qualifies to auto-complete. 

• Enable only the conditions that match how your team works. 

• Pair this with the ‘Visit Auto Complete’ toggle in the advanced visit settings.
