Overview
The advanced visit settings, found under Other Settings, hold a set of toggles that fine-tune how visits behave across FieldPie. From here you can require approval before finishing a visit, allow client status changes during a visit, show a visit duration timer, warn when a scheduled visit already exists, enable visit auto-complete, color-code visits by status, require a barcode scan to start, and enforce a distance check at visit start. Turning on the right combination lets you tailor the visit experience to your operational rules.
Before You Start
You need administrator access to Settings. Review which behaviors your operation needs—approvals, timers, warnings, barcode or distance enforcement—so you can enable the matching toggles in one pass.
