How to Create a Visit

Overview

A visit records a planned or completed stop at a customer or store, together with the form your team fills out there. When you create a visit you choose the main customer and client, attach the right form, and can tailor that form to the specific work being done. The form you attach is what the field user completes on site, so choosing the correct one matters. Once saved, the visit is available for your team to carry out and later appears in Activities and reporting.

Before You Start

You need access to the Visits area and permission to create visits. Make sure the main customer, client, and the form you want to attach already exist in FieldPie. Decide which form matches the work so you can select and customize it while creating the visit.
