How to Schedule a Visit

Overview

The visit planner lets you schedule a visit for a specific user or team on a chosen date and time. You set the priority, pick the date and the start and end times, and can adjust the attached form before saving. Scheduling keeps your field team’s calendar organized and makes sure each visit is assigned to the right person or group ahead of time. It is the manual counterpart to route optimization, which schedules many jobs automatically.

Before You Start

You need access to the Visits area and permission to plan visits. Know which user or team the visit is for, and have the date, the time window, and any required form ready before you open the planner.
