How to Approve Forms

Overview

FieldPie lets you review and approve submitted forms so records are checked before they count. After filtering to the form and period you want, you can see each submission’s approval status, time, and approver, and for those awaiting review you select Approve or Reject and submit your decision. You can also open the approval history for records that have already been approved. This keeps a clear, auditable trail of who signed off on what.
