Overview
You can limit a form to specific locations so it only appears where it is relevant. After enabling Restrict Location Access, you choose how to restrict access and select which locations the form is visible to. This keeps location-specific forms from cluttering unrelated locations and ensures teams see the right forms for the locations they work in.
Before You Start
You need access to the Forms area and permission to edit forms. Decide which locations the form should be available in before you begin.
How to Restrict Location Access to a Form
- From the left navigation menu, select Forms.
- Click the plus (+) icon to create a form, or the pencil icon to edit one.
- Check Restrict Store Access to enable store restrictions.

- Click Restrict By and choose how to restrict access.
- Select which stores the form is visible to from the Visible To list.

- Click Save to store the form.
