Overview
You can export your products and services from FieldPie for reporting or for editing outside the application. You select the products you want and download them as an XLSX or CSV file. Exporting is also the first half of the Excel bulk-edit workflow, because the downloaded file already has the right columns to edit and re-import.
Before You Start
You need access to the Products/Services page and permission to export data. Select the products you want first so the file contains only those records.
How to Export Products
- In the left navigation menu, click Products/Services.
- Use the checkboxes to select one or more products.
- Click the export icon in the top-right corner.
- Export the selected products as XLSX or CSV.
Tips and Things to Know
- Export is the starting point for the Excel bulk-edit method.
- Select only the products you need to keep the file focused.
- Choose XLSX for Excel or CSV for another system.
- Keep identifying columns intact if you plan to edit and re-import.
