Overview
Quick Edit updates several users in one step instead of opening each account. You select the users you want, open the quick-edit panel, and change shared fields—role, team, skill, and store—for all of them at once. It is the fastest way to apply the same change across a group, for example moving a set of people onto a new team or granting them the same skill. Because the change applies to everyone you selected, the key is getting your selection right before you open the panel.
Before You Start
You need access to the Users area and permission to edit users. Select every user you want to change before opening the quick-edit panel, since the values you set are applied to the whole selection.
How to Bulk-Edit Users with Quick Edit
- In the left navigation menu of FieldPie, select Users.
- Use the checkboxes to select the users you want to edit.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon in the top-right corner to open the quick-edit panel.

- Update the shared fields you need—role, team, skill, and store. The changes apply to all of the selected users.
